How to Add or Edit Coupons in WooCommerce WordPress

So, WooCommerce version 4.9 is now out and WooCommerce decided to move Coupons from the WooCommerce link to the Marketing link right below WooCommerce.

Simply roll your mouse over marketing once you login to WordPress and you will now see COUPONS.
